Xiaomi unveiled 16000mAh power bank, larger than its 10400mAh power bank that was launched in India last year. We managed to get one from China since it is not available in India. It has anodised aluminium finish on the outside, similar to the other Mi Power Banks. It is compact, even though it packs 16000mAh battery, but weighs 350 grams. Samsung unveils plans for new chip production facility in South Korea

Samsung revealed that it plans to start a new chip production facility in Pyeongtaek, which is around 70 kilometres south of Seoul. The facility costs US$ 14.4 biilion (15.6 trillion won) and is set to start its production in the first half of 2017.

Lava International on Thursday announced that it has crosses US$ 1 billion (Rs. 6300 crore approx.) in revenue in FY14-15, registering more than 100% growth over last year. Overall smartphone sales witnessed a three-fold growth with 300% increase in volume (YoY), compared to FY 2013-14 said the company.
