Xiaomi has started rolling out global stable MIUI 6 update for the Redmi 1S smartphone, few months after releasing the beta version. The company introduced MIUI 6, a major upgrade to MIUI ROM last year, but only few Mi devices such as Mi 4, Mi 3, Redmi Note, Redmi 2 and MiPad run on the stable MIUI 6 ROM. LG Display Co Ltd is looking forward to invest up to 900 billion won ($802.75 million) for OLED panels for smartphones and wearables. The South Korean company is said to venture into new production line for small- and medium-sized organic light emitting diode (OLED) displays, as per a report from DongA Ilbo publication.
Last year in December, LG had reportedly put G Pro 3 development on hold to focus on G4. Now if the new rumours are to be believed, LG has resumed the project and may launch the device by the end of 2015.
