Motorola Razr Maxx up for pre-order in India for Rs. 31,999

Motorola Razr Maxx is now available for pre-order in India from online retailer Infibeam. The LTE version, Droid Razr Maxx for Verizon was unveiled at CES 2012 earlier this year and the 3G HSPA version was announced in April. It was priced in UKin soon after that. It comes with a 3300 mAh battery, which offers up to 17.6 hours of talk-time and 607 hours standby on a single charge. It is 8.99 mm thick and weighs 145 grams.

Huawei Honor Review

Here is the FoneArena review of the Huawei Honor. It was announced last year and was showcased at MWC 2012. It was available in India in April and officially launched by mid-April. It is Huawei’s first high-end phone available in India. Let’s get into the review. has 4-inch ( 854 x 480 pixels) LCD capacitive touchscreen display and is powered by 1.4GHz single-core processor. Nokia 808 PureView launched in India for Rs. 33,899

Nokia has finally launched the 808 PureView, their flagship camera phone with 41MP sensor. Nokia announced the Nokia 808 PureView at MWC 2012 and said it would launch in May 2012, but it was delayed. They announced last week that it would launch mid-June and sent us an invite for today’s launch event. It even got a price tag on their Nokia store yesterday. It has 4-inch (640 x 360 pixels) AMOLED CBD display with Gorilla Glass protection, 1.3 GHz processor and runs on Nokia Belle FP1 OS. Nokia 808 Pureview gets a price tag of Rs.33899 on Nokia Store few hours before India launch

The folks at BGR.in have just posted that the Nokia 808 PureView has got a new price tag of Rs.33899 on the Nokia Store with an unconfirmed MRP of Rs.34999. The 808 PureView packs a whopping 41 Megapixel Camera sensor with a Xenon flash and capable for recording 1080p videos.From the little time , I have had with the device since Mobile World Congress, CTIA and Nokia India events , I totally want one as I have owned the Nokia N82, N86 8MP and the N8. The PureView is a must have if you are camera phone freak like me. Only thing which is not so fancy about the PureView is the Symbian OS but then that is the OS which has good image processing capabilities. HTC Desire C that was announced last month is now available in India from online retailer Buytheprice.com. The HTC comes with 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by 600 MHz processor. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) with Sense 4 and comes with Beats audio support. It has 5MP camera. It is 12.25 mm thick and weighs 100g. Samsung Galaxy Ace DUOS (GT- S6802) that was announced few week back is now available in India from online retailer Flipkart. This is a Dual SIM GSM phone with Dual SIM Active, unlike the Samsung Galaxy Ace DUOS (GT-I589) that was launched in India back in February with Dual SIM GSM + CDMA support. It was announced at MWC 2012 earlier this year and is the successor of the LG Optimus 3D that was launched last year and it comes with 4.3-inch (800 x 480 Pixels) IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 2 protection that would offer Glasses-Free 3D viewing and is powered by 1.2GHz dual-core processor. At the Nokia Strategy Summit in Chennai today , I had the chance to check out the Nokia Asha 311 which was announced only yesterday along with the Nokia Asha 305 and 306. Entry level phones are generally slow and boring but you would be surprised at what the 311 packs. In fact , it’s the sexiest entry level Nokia phone I have played with in quite some time. While Nokia call the latest Asha phones as Asha Smartphones , they are still pretty much feature phones. The phone is insanely fast for its segment and may be even faster than some Symbian phones and entry level Android phones as it packs a 1GHz processor. Check out the photos of the Asha 311
