SwiftKey has released a new version 6.0 update for its Beta version that brings a lot of new features. New Double-Word Prediction feature will now predict the next two words you’re likely to type at the same time. It just shows two words in your usual prediction bar, instead on one and will offer 2x better input performance, says the company. Xolo BLACK 1X launching on October 28

Xolo has sent out invite for the launch its new BLACK series smartphone that will called the BLACK 1X. The invite doesn’t reveal any details about the new BLACK series smartphone. The company will unveil the smartphone on Twitter (@MyXOLO) on October 28th from 12PM to 1PM, similar to what it did for the Omega series smartphones back in December last year. OPPO announces AOSP ROMs for their devices

As we’ve said in the past, one of the main issues with OPPO is their software or rather the slow rate at which they release updates for their smartphones. Most OPPO smartphones run on older versions of Android and with ColorOS on top. While some users may be fine with the ColorOS UI, not many are fine with being stuck on an older Android version. BlackBerry Priv was confirmed by CEO John Chen last month. BlackBerry officially confirmed some of the specifications of the smartphone, and even posted a demo video showing the keyboard in action. BlackBerry Priv (STV100-1) surfaced on the official BlackBerry Shop in the US and Canada few hours back, revealing the complete specifications of the smartphone, before it was pulled. ZTE launches new Axon and 64GB Axon Pro smartphones in the US for $330 and $450

ZTE introduced Axon Pro, the company’s flagship smartphone with a 5.5-inch Quad HD screen, Snapdragon 810 and 4GB of RAM for the U.S. market back in July. Now it has launched a cheaper Axon smartphone with a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, Snapdragon 801 SoC and 2GB of RAM. Most of the specifications of the Axon are different from the Chinese variant . Xiaomi MIUI 7 global stable ROM and OTA update to roll out starting from October 27

Xiaomi introduced MIUI 7 back in August at the Redmi Note 2 launch event back in August. It released global beta ROMs and over-the-air (OTA) updates for smartphones running on developer version at the end of August, as it promised at the launch event. Today it has announced that MIUI 7 global stable version will roll out from October 27, 2015. It will also be released for the Chinese version of the smartphones from the same date.
