WhatsApp for Android beta received option to add GIFs from a 6 second video, which was later now the iOS app has also received this feature. It also lets you copy a GIF image from a website and sent it to others. You really can’t send GIFs that you have saved, just like Android. It has a 5-inch HD display, is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 425 processor and runs on MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow). It comes in two variants, the standard variant has a 5-inch HD 2.5D curved glass display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 430 SoC and has 2GB of RAM. General Mobile has announced GM 5, its latest budget 4G smartphone in the ‘Android One’ lineup in partnership with Google. It runs on Android 7.0 (Nougat), but this has almost similar specifications as the General Mobile 4G that was introduced last year that includes 5-inch HD display, Snapdragon 410 SoC, 13-megapixel rear camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Samsung has announced W2017 (SM-W2017), the company’s latest premium flip phone in China, which is the successor of the W2016 that was introduced last year. It packs dual 4.2-inch 1080p Super AMOLED displays, so that you can use the phone even when it’s closed. You can flip open to use the other screen with a keyboard.

Meizu has introduced PRO 6s, its latest flagship smartphone and the successor of PRO 6 that was introduced back in April. It has the same 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED display with 3D press that perceives different levels of pressure on the screen, is powered by Deca-Core MediaTek Helio X25 SoC, 5-megapixel front-facing camera and runs Flyme OS 5.5 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow), but this has a 12-megapixel rear camera with Sony IMX386 sensor, pixel size of 1.25μm, four-axis optical image stabilization, dual-tone 10-LED ring flash, phase-detection auto-focus (PDAF) and laser auto focus.
