Intex has launched Aqua Curve Mini, a smaller variant of the Intex Aqua Curve that was launched earlier this year. It has a 4.5-inch (854 × 480 pixels) capacitive touch screen display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Other features are similar to the Intex Aqua Curve, including a 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor,  8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. 50000 Xiaomi MiPad units sold in 3 Minutes 59 Seconds on launch day

Xiaomi the famous Chinese phone maker had announced its plans to enter the tablet market with the Mi Pad back in May and looks like the tablet has gone on sale recently. A post on the official company forum says that Xiaomi sold 50000 units of the MiPad tablet on launch day thereby running out of stocks. Continue reading for some more breathtaking news. The 50,000 MiPads were sold out in just 3 minutes and 59 seconds. There is no mention about the location but we place our bets on China as it is the home market for handset maker which is now headed my Ex-Googler Hugo Barra. Priced aggressively at about 240 USD / Rs.14400 for the base 16GB version , the company is clearly taking on the Apple iPad Mini with its first tablet.

Flipkart was rumored to be launching a smartphone, but they dropped that plan and now, have launched a tablet under Rs. 10,000. The Flipkart Digiflip Pro XT 712 comes with a MediaTek SoC and 7inch HD display along with voice calling. Flipkart has decided to do what other manufacturers have been doing for a while – get a product from China, rebrand it and sell it in India. Flipkart has a lot of reach and it hopes to sell its tablet because of its big customer network.

Now the NVIDIA SHIELD Tablet has been certified on Global Certification Forum or GCF. Last month it surfaced on the official NVIDIA Tegra Zone and also surfaced on FCC. HTC Volantis tablet rumored to feature 8.9″ 2560 x 1600 display and 5GB RAM

Last month’s rumors about the HTC Volantis claimed that it would be Google’s next Nexus tablet. Now @evleaks has revealed details about the tablet and has also posted a macro shot of the tablet. According to @evelaks the earlier leaks that showed the render or concept of the tablet is fake. The tablet is expected to be powered by a 64-bit Tegra K1 SoC and would have aluminum unibody design, that coincides with the earlier leak. Earlier this week Amazon India said that it would bring the Samsung Galaxy K zoom to India exclusively. Amazon India has just announced that the camera-centric smartphone would be available for pre-order on its website for Rs. 29,999 starting today midnight. It would launch in India exclusively on Amazon.in on July 9th, 2014 and the pre-orders will ship on the same date.

LG G3 Prime with Snapdragon 805 UA Profile shows up, passes Bluetooth Certification

LG G3 Prime, an enhanced variant of the LG G3 has been rumored to be in the works for quite sometime now. UA Profile of the LG smartphone with the model number LG-F460L and codenamed Tiger has surfaced online that shows APQ8084, Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC onboard. The LG-F460L that ends in L is expected to head to Korean operator LGU+. The LG-F460S, another variant that is expected to head to SK Telecom (SKT) has passed Bluetooth certification.
