Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Ace NXT (SM-G313H), an entry-level smartphone in the Galaxy series in India soon. Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom reports that the phone would be priced at Rs. 7,399 (MOP) and the MRP would be Rs. 8,550. Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Young 2 (SM-G130H) and Galaxy Star 2 (SM-G130E), entry level smartphones with 3.5-inch HVGA displays, single-core processor and Android 4.4 (KitKat). Google brings Android smartphone and tablet mirroring to Chromecast

Google has officially launched Android  mirroring on the Chromecast. Originally announced at the I/O the feature will let Chromecast owners with Android devices to “cast” mobile apps, photos, videos, and anything else from their device’s screen over to their TV sets.

Xiaomi Mi4 with metal build could be unveiled on July 22nd

Recently Gamelof announced that the game would have a unified game progression for both single and multiplayer games and four soldier classes. It also revealed the teaser trailer of the game ahead of E3 2014. This would bring innovative new features and mechanics. Google rolls out workaround for the paid app Android Wear bug

Yesterday, there were reports that paid apps are not working properly on Android Wear devices. Now, it looks like Google has taken the issue in their hands and released a workaround. Under this workaround paid app makers are required to manually package files differently.

Micromax is all set to launch the Canvas Fire A093 in its new Canvas Fire series. Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom reports that the phone would be priced at Rs. 6,299. It would come with a 4-inch WVGA screen. Even though the retailer doesn’t reveal any other details about the smartphone, Russian website hi-tech.mail.ru reveals that the smartphones would come with dual front-facing speakers. Along with the Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 6, Asus also launched the Zenfone 4 in India today. It comes in two variants. The Asus Zenfone 4 (A400CG) has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) capacitive multi touch display, powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2520 processor with PowerVR SGX544 GPU and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Zen UI that is upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). The Zenfone 6 packs a 6-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) capacitive multi touch display with Corning gorilla glass 3 protection, powered by a 1.6 GHz dual-core Intel Atom Z2560 processor with PowerVR SGX 544 MP2 GPU and runs on Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) with Zen UI on top. It is also upgradable to Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. LG announced its latest flagship, the LG G3 back in May. We brought you the unboxing of the device recently, here we have the benchmarks of the smartphone. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 (MSM8974) 28nm HPm Krait 400 CPU clocked at 2.46 GHz per core and has Adreno 330 GPU. It comes with a 5.5-inch (2560×1440 pixels) IPS display, 2GB / 3GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). Our 16GB variant of the LG G3 has 2GB RAM. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below. Flappy Bird clone Flopsy Droid lands on Play Store for Android Wear

Flappy Bird, the popular mobile gaming sensation that took the world by storm was taken down by the creator in February this year. However, in May there were reports that the game is making is way back in August with multiplayer capabilities. In the meantime clones of the game that was fetching $50,000 a day through Ad revenue were adding on the app stores.

ZTE today unveiled three new smartphones nubia Z7, nubia Z7 Max and nubia Z7 mini in the nubia series. The nubia Z7 is the company’s first smartphone with a quad HD display. It has a 5.5-inch (2560 x 1440 pixels) Quad HD CGS (Continuous Grain Silicon) IPS display. The nubia Z7 Max has a 5.5-inch 1080p display and the Z7 mini has a 5-inch 1080p display. All these smartphones are powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU and run on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with nubia UI 2.0 on top. Micromax A190 with 5-inch HD display, Hexa Core processor press image leaks out

Micromax launched the Canvas Turbo Mini A200 with quad-core MediaTek MT6582 processor earlier this year, now the press image of the Micromax A190 has been leaked by @MMXNewscaster along with the specifications. The smartphone is expected to be powered by a 1.5 GHz hexa-core MediaTek MT6591 processor. Karbonn was the first company to launch its Titanium Hexa with this processor and the Xolo Play 6X-1000 that was unveiled last week is also powered by the same MT6591 processor.
