Motorola just launched the Moto 360 (2nd Gen.) Android Wear Smartwatch in India. It comes in a two variants, one for men with a 46mm body (same as original Moto 360) with 1.56-inch (360×230 pixels) display and a version for women with a 1.37-inch (360×225 pixels) display. Google has for the most part kept its distance from China, a market that has perhaps one of the largest user base of Android running devices. Government censorship and strict crackdowns mean that Google had to opt out from providing the Play Store and accompanying services in the country. The Moto 360 from Motorola has finally gotten an upgrade and it was just launched at the pre-IFA event by Motorola’s parent company in Berlin. The 2nd gen Moto 360 might look exactly the same as its predecessor but it brings changes in the form of choices and customization.
