Motorola announces DROID XYBOARD 8.2 and 10.1 4G LTE tablets, coming to Verizon this month

Motorola and Verizon Wireless has announced 2 new DROID XYBOARD tablets. They have also announced DROID RAZR in white color. Both these tablets support Verizon’s 4G LTE network and is powered by dual-core 1.2 GHz processors and runs on Android 3.2 Honeycomb (upgradable to Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich).It comes with scratch-resistant corning gorilla glass displays with water-repellent nanoparticles makes them resistant to accidental spills and splashes, 1 GB of RAM, MotoCast for remote access to non DRM-protected music, pictures, videos and documents stored on work or home computers. iPhone 4S Launched in India on Airtel and Aircel

The Apple iPhone 4S was launched on both Aircel and Airtel in India today at a midnight launch ceremony. The Airtel launch was held at an upscale restaurant while Aircel decided to keep it real by holding the event at their South Extension market retail outlet. The launch events included handing over the handsets to the first pre-order customers.

Airtel iPhone 4S Plans

Airtel has announced the pricing for both the pre-paid and the post-paid plans for the iPhone 4S.  They started pre-orders for the iPhone 4S last week and it is expected to be available from 25th November. The 16GB version comes at Rs.44,500 and the 32GB is available for Rs.50,900. These plans offer free Local Minutes, Local and National SMS and 3G Data. Aircel has already revealed their post-paid plans for the iPhone 4S earlier this week. The 16GB version comes at Rs.44500 and the 32GB is available for Rs.50,900. These plans offer Local and STD free Minutes, Local and National SMS, 3G Data and free Wi-Fi data. Airtel Apple iPhone 4S Pricing 16GB – Rs.44500, 32GB – Rs.50900, 64GB – Rs.57500

While we got some news about the Apple iPhone 4S pricing  from Aircel ,  we now have the pricing from Airtel. Its not looking very different.The 16GB model is about Rs.400 lesser than on Aircel and priced at Rs.44500.There is a 64GB option at Rs.57500. The 32GB model is priced exactly the same at Rs.50900. Looks like Airtel is taking pre-bookings online . Apple does not directly sell iPhones in India and operators actually procure them and sell it here. The iPhone 4 pricing at Rs.34500 was actually pretty decent. But the iPhone 4S pricing seems very high. There is also news that the iPhone 4 8GB version will cost Rs.37900 and the 3GS will cost Rs.20900. That looks like an increase in the cost of the iPhone 4  as well. Aircel Apple iPhone 4S Price – Rs.44900 for 16GB , Rs.50900 for 32GB !

We have just heard that the Apple iPhone 4S wont be coming for cheap in India. The price of the 16GB and 32GB variants on Aircel  are out . The cheapest version of the iPhone 4S which is the 16GB version will come for Rs.44900 and the 32GB version will retail for a shocking Rs.50900. This information comes from a Nidhi Singal who walked into a Aircel store in the capital New Delhi and got this information. As you would know both Airtel and Aircel announced that they are launching the iPhone 4S in India .  Both the operators are starting Pre-Orders from Nov 18 that is today and with this kind of pricing I’m not sure how many users would actually still think of getting one. Aircel launching the iPhone 4S in India on Nov 25th

Aircel has now announced a date for it’s iPhone 4S launch. The operator just shared on it’s Facebook page that it is launching the iPhone 4S in India on Nov 25th. Yesterday Aircel and Airtel announced they are launching the iPhone 4S in India soon.

We guess Aircel (and Airtel) might announce their pricing ( and weird money back plans ) on the 25th. We don’t have any details about the pricing but should have some info soon. The iPhone 4S packs a Dual Core CPU , 8MP Camera with Full HD video recording and the interesting virtual assistant Siri. Looks wise its almost same as the previous iPhone – the iPhone 4. The device runs on iOS 5 which is the latest operating system for iPhone , iPad and iPod touch.
