Samsung announces Galaxy Tab 7.7 with Super AMOLED Plus Display

Samsung has announced their new Galaxy Tab 7.7 with 7.7 inch Super AMOLED Plus Display that is vivid and offers wider range of colors with greater separation between light and dark colors. This Galaxy Tab 7.7 runs on Android Honeycomb version 3.2 and features 1.4GHz Dual Core processor. It is just 7.89mm thin and weighs only 335 grams.

The Android 3.2 Honeycomb has been optimized for a 7-inch tablet with a new compatibility zoom mode and it has Live Panel menu for customizing the home screenwith digital pictures. The TouchWiz UX includes Mini Apps tray that has commonly used features such as task manager, calendar and music by multi-tasking.

It also comes with 3MP Auto focus camera with LED flash and 2MP secondary camera. The connectivity features include 3G HSPA+ 21Mbps, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n with WiFi Direct, Bluetooth v3.0, USB 2.0 Host and A-GPS. It has Multiple audio and 1080p Full HD video playback. It comes with 5,100 mAh that offers up to 10 hours of video playback.

It also comes with Samsung’s Hub Services in select markets that offers easy access to content including games, eBooks, music and more. The availability and the price of the tablet has not been announced yet.
