Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 6 Pro the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in the Redmi series, as it had promised. It packs a 5.84-inch FHD+ 19:9 aspect ratio display with a notch, is powered by Snapdragon 625 with up to 4GB of RAM, runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI 9 on top, has a 12-megapixel rear camera with flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera for AI portraits and AI scene detection. Xiaomi just launched the Redmi 6, the company’s latest smartphone in the Redmi series and the successor of Redmi 5 that launched earlier this year, as it had promised. It has a 5.45-inch HD+ display 18:9 aspect ratio display with 80.7% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by MediaTek Helio P22 12nm processor and runs Android 8.1 (Oreo) with MIUI on top, packs a 12-megapixel rear camera with LED flash along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera for AI portrait shots. It has a large 5.45-inch HD+ 18:9 aspect ratio display with 80.5% screen-to-body ratio, is powered by the MediaTek Helio A22 12nm Quad-Core SoC with up to 2GB of RAM, has a 13-megapixel rear camera, 5-megapixel front camera both with AI Portrait mode, AI beautify, polycarbonate back panel with a brushed metal-like finish.

It was introduced back in April along with the Moto G6, has a large 5.93-inch Full HD+ display, is powered by Snapdragon 630 with 6GB of RAM, has a 12-megapixel rear camera along with a secondary 5-megapixel camera, 8-megapixel front camera, glass back and a 3200mAh battery with Turbo charging. Over 2 lakh Realme 2 units sold out in 5 minutes in first sale, next sale on September 11

OPPO’s sub-brand Realme launched the Realme 2, the company’s second-generation smartphone in India last week starting at Rs. 8990. It went on sale for the first time on Flipkart at 12PM today. The company has confirmed that it sold 200,000 or 2 lakh units of smartphones in just 5 minutes. Next sale is scheduled for 11th September, which is next Tuesday. Xiaomi Redmi 6 series smartphones will launch exclusively on Amazon India on September 5

Xiaomi already confirmed that it will launch three new smartphones in the Redmi 6 series in India on September 5th. Now Amazon.in has confirmed that the phones will be available exclusively with them. The teaser shows only two phones, one with a notch and the other without it, so the third phone could be exclusive to Flipkart.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro Red Edition launched in India

Xiaomi has launched the Red color variant of the Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India, as expected. This joins the Black, Blue, Gold and Rose Gold variants of the smartphone that were launched in the country earlier this year. The Red version has Black finish on the front and Red finish on the back and the sides.

Samsung has launched the Portable SSD X5, its first NVMe 1-based portable solid state drive (SSD) with Thunderbolt 3 support after it was introduced last week. Thunderbolt 3’s 40Gbps bandwidth is up to four times faster than USB 3.13 – the X5 offers a read speed of up to 2,800 MB/s, which is up to 5.2 times faster than the widely used SATA interface portable SSDs and up to 25.5 times faster than external HDDs.
