Online retail giant Amazon has announced the launch of its e-commerce website in Hindi on the Amazon mobile App on Android & mobile website. With this move, customers can now read product information, find deals and discount, track their orders and manage their account in Hindi.
As per the company claims, the desktop version will be available soon. Having said that, the Hindi version of Amazon will be integrated with the main app itself.

At present, most popular item among Hindi speaking customers has been selected under Hindi portfolio. Having said that, search and delivery address will be available in English at present, while the company will introduce more feature in the upcoming months.
To change the language, users need to tap the settings menu (three horizontal line on the top left) -> Language -> Select Hindi -> Tap on continuing in Hindi. The company said that Hindi support is still in beta.
The company also claimed that it will add more languages in the near future. In addition to it, they’ve also launched a category of Alexa skills, where customers can help the assistant to learn Hindi and other languages. Hindi support will soon be available for Amazon.in on desktop and Amazon iPhone app soon.
