Walmart Inc. and Flipkart Group today announced that the acquisition transaction has now been completed making Walmart the largest shareholder in the Flipkart Group. Walmart back in May had announced that it is acquiring 77% stake in Flipkart for $16 billion. This partnership to leverage combined synergies, including market insights, retail expertise and local and global supply-chain knowledge. Huawei launched the Nova 3 and Nova 3i smartphones in India last month for Rs. 34,999 and Rs. 20,990, respectively. Both these went on sale on Amazon starting from August 7th. Today the company has announced that the Nova 3 will be available through open sale starting August 23rd on Amazon.in. The Nova 3i Iris Purple color variant will go on sale for the first time on August 21st on Amazon.in. This will join the Black version.
