Sony Xperia Z3 had already surfaced in live images. Specifications of the global variant of the Xperia Z3 (D6653) showed up last month. Now the Xperia Z3 L55t for China Mobile and L55u for China Unicom have been certified by TENAA. This reveals the dimensions of the smartphone as 146.5×72.4×7.35mm and weight as 158.4g. Intel has announced a strategic collaboration with Unity Technologies to extend Android support for Intel devices. Unity will add Android support for Intel’s current and future x86 chips. Both Unity 4 and 5 will be updated to include support for Intel Core and Intel Atom-based mobile processors.

Motorola is likely to discontinue its most popular Moto G smartphone in India, few weeks before the arrival of its successor. Flipkart is advertising as “Get yours before it’s gone! Last stock of Moto G 16GB” on its website, so this might be the last stock of the smartphone to be sold in India. Motorola reduced the price of both 8GB and 16GB variants of Moto G by Rs. 2,000 in India recently, due to huge competition from other manufacturers. Samsung launched the Galaxy S4 zoom last year, to place their bets on the cameraphone market. It didn’t work out so well, as the S4 zoom was basically two devices slapped on together. The sequel announced this year, the Galaxy K zoom, is visibly better, with a slimmer profile and a lens unit that is more pocketable.
