Gionee has launched Marathon M5, its latest smartphone in the M series with whopping 6020mAh battery in India, as it promised. It has two 3010 battery cells that promises up to 62 hours of standby even if the phone has only 5% of power left. It has fast dual charging chips and can also be used to charge other devices.

It also has quick charge function that can rapidly charge 2000mAh of phone’s battery in just 30 minutes when using the bundled quick charger. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) 64-bit processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lenovo’s own Vibe UI on top.
