Lenovo launched Vibe P1, the company’s latest mid-range smartphone in India last month for Rs. 15999. We already brought you the unboxing and benchmarks of the smartphone, here we have its battery test results. The Lenovo Vibe P1 packs a 5000mAh built-in battery. It also has quick charge function that can rapidly charge 2000mAh of phone’s battery in just 30 minutes when using the bundled quick charger. It has a 5.5-inch 1080p screen, is powered by an Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) 64-bit processor and runs on Android 5.1 (Lollipop) with Lenovo’s own Vibe UI on top.

Talk Time

It lasted for 33 hours and 19 minutes in the talk time test, similar to most of the smartphones.

3G Browsing

It lasted for 8 hours and 20 minutes in our 3G browsing test and grabs the second spot, behind the Marathon M4 that also packs a 5000mAh battery.

WiFi Browsing

It lased for 11 hours and 7 minutes in the WiFi Browsing test.

Video Playback

It lasted for 16 hours and 40 minutes in our video playback test, but it could not beat the Gionee Marathon M4.

Overall, it achieved a One Charge Rating of 17 hours and 20 minutes, which is good, but the Marathon M4 still leads with a One Charge Rating of 20 hours and 56 minutes.
