Blackberry Torch 9800 hitting O2 UK in October?

A new leaked screenshot is showing that the latest Blackberry flagship device, the Blackberry Torch 9800 is coming to O2 UK on October 4. It’s not confirmed yet, but you can take it with a grain of salt. Vodafone UK will be carrying the Torch too, and as we know that O2 always follow Vodafone footsteps, so this could be true.

Blackberry Torch is a very good device, and it’s running on the latest Blackberry OS 6, which is a new and an improved version. Orange UK debuts HD Voice , Singer breaks Glass with it

UK Operator Orange has released a new calling feature for its customers called HD Voice which reduces background noise and hissing noise and improves call quality.

Motorola brings the Motoroi to UK , calls it the Milestone XT720

Motorola today announced the MILESTONE XT720 in UK and is calling it one of the world’s slimmest 8 Megapixel Android phones. We already told you it’s the first Android phone to feature a Xenon Flash.
This Milestone is sleek at 10.9mm and uses a huge 3.7 inch 480X854 pixel capacitive touch screen display. It runs on Android 2.1 with Motorola’s Touch UI but a upgrade to FroYo is not known. Motorola also admitted that this device is pretty close to the Motoroi which was launched in Korea recently.

Vodafone and Research in Motion(RIM) have officially announced the BlackBerry Storm2, a touchscreen smartphone device. The BlackBerry Storm2 is a thinner and sleeker device with new technology and new features to let customers stay easily connected. Customers in the UK will be able to get the new smartphone first through Vodafone. It is also expected to be offered in Ireland, followed by Germany, Netherlands, Spain, France, Italy and South Africa in November or December.

Pricing is said to depend on each country’s operating company. Vodafone UK will be offering the BlackBerry Storm2 free from £35 per month on a 24-month contract that includes 600 minutes talk-time, unlimited BlackBerry Internet Service, unlimited text messaging, as well as unlimited access to VMI (Vodafone Mobile Internet) and broadband.
