Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 Up For Pre-Order At Best Buy

The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 is finally up for pre-order at Best Buy. You can pre-order this device from the Best Buy’s Union Street store in New York or you can even pre-order it online.

Samsung announced its much awaited tablet, the Galaxy Tab 10.1 at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011 in Barcelona. Since the tablet was thicker than the iPad 2, Samsung decided to completely redesign the device. During the CTIA 2011, Samsung announced the redesigned Galaxy Tab 10.1 and renamed the old Galaxy Tab as Galaxy Tab 10.1v. The redesigned Galaxy Tab 10.1 is just 8.6 mm thick and weighs 595g compared to the Galaxy Tab 10.1v, which measures 10.9mm thick and weighs 599g. Verizon Wireless officially announces Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G tablet

Samsung recently announced that they will launch their first ever 4G tablet this year and it looks like the time is here because Verizon Wireless officially announced Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 4G tablet. The tablet was announced back at MWC and after that, Samsung redesigned the Galaxy Tab 10.1 to take down its powerful rival known as Apple iPad2. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 will run on Android 3.1 and Verizon is offering both 16 GB and 32 GB versions with 2-yr contact. If you want to get the 16GB version, then you have to pay $529.99 to get it with a 2-yr agreement or you can get 32 GB version for $629.99.

More Than 1 Million Units Of Samsung Galaxy S II Sold In South Korea

Samsung sold 1 million units of the original Galaxy S in 70 days, but the company easily managed to sell 1 million units of the Galaxy S II in just 30 days. This handset is available in South Korea on the SKT, KT and LG U+ networks.

Earlier this year, Samsung announced the powerful Galaxy S II smartphone at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2011 in South Korea. This handset runs on the Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) Operating System and it comes with a 4.3 inch Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.2 GHz dual core processor, 8 megapixel camera with full HD (1080p) video recording and more.
