Taneli Armanto, the creator of the original Nokia Snake recently announced that the classic Snake game will be released as Snake Rewind this week in partnership with Rumilur Design. Microsoft loses first round of patent infringement

Microsoft has lost the latest round in a patent-infringement case against U.S. International Trade Commission. According to the judge, Theodore Essex, Microsoft has infringed two wireless cellular patents owned by InterDigital, which is a company that designs technologies and licenses them to third parties.

Microsoft readying Lumia 840 to replace now discontinued Lumia 830

Microsoft has apparently discontinued the Lumia 830 and while retailers may have it in stock, that stock will not be replenished once its over. This is most likely to pave way for the successor; the Lumia 840.
