First Images of Android Powered XPERIA X3 leaked

The first pictures of the forthcoming Sony Ericsson XPERIA X3 codenamed “Rachael” have been leaked and looking at the pictures, the phone does look damn interesting.

Considering the fact that this phone will be Android based and sports a  huge 4″ screen and a 1GHZ Processor, it has created quite a buzz with all the mobile enthusiasts. Also seeing at the pics, it can also be observed that the phone is nearing towards a worldwide launch soon.

Apple iPhone 3.1 OS Jailbroken!

Apple constantly releases new firmware updates for it’s iPhone to solve many of the bugs, problems and to add new features. But the main objective is to fight against the unlocking/jail-breaking of the iPhone.But the hackers/developers always find a way to jail-break/unlock the iPhone. This is the case with the new Apple iPhone 3.1 OS update too. Very soon after the release of the firmware, the OS has been jail-broken.

Tata Docomo Launches Blackberry Services

Tata Docomo has recently launched its blackberry service offering both the BlackBerry Bold and BlackBerry Curve 8900 smartphones to its customers in India.

Tata Docomo currently offers two different plans for the BlackBerry data service — the “Do 299” plan and the “Do 899” plan.

The “Do 299” plan offers unlimited data usage for e-mail and instant messaging, whereas the “Do 899” plan offers unlimited data usage for Internet, e-mail and instant messaging.

However, the Voice plans have to be  subscribed separately by the user.

Samsung launches Pixon12 in India

Samsung has launched the Pixon12 in India – the phone with the most megapixels in the Camera. At 12MP this phone has competition only from Sony’s upcoming Idou/Satio. But the phone runs Samsung’s Proprietary OS with TouchWiz , so you might be stuck to using this handset for nothing more than Multimedia.

Nokia Braille Reader by Beta Labs

Nokia Beta Labs has always been known to produce some very interesting and technologically advanced software for Nokia phones. This time Nokia Beta Labs in collaboration with the University of Tampere (Finland) has come up with a new software for the visually impaired.
