It is powered by a 1.66 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor which has 8 ARM Cortex-A7 CPUs and is based on 28nm HPM. It has a Mali 450-MP4 GPU, comes with a 5-inch HD display and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). We already have quite a few smartphones in India powered by the same Octa-Core chip. LG’s G Watch is amongst the first Android Wear running devices out there and has achieved moderate success amongst the enthusiast circles. Motorola is the fourth largest smartphone vendor by shipments in Q2 2014, overtaking Nokia (Microsoft), according to handset sales tracker Canalys. Few months back Motorola announced that it shipped 6.5 million smartphones globally in Q1 2014. According to the report, Motorola shipped 379,310 units of smartphones in India in Q1. The company did not reveal its global shipment data for Q2 yet, but the Canalys report says Motorola has shipped 955,650 units in the Q2 2014.
