Xolo Q1000S with 5-inch HD display, 1.5 GHz quad-core processor, 13MP camera launched for Rs. 18999
Xolo has launched the Q1000S, the company’s latest flagship smartphone in the Q Core series. We reported about the device back in July and Xolo started teasing about the device on their Facebook page earlier this week. It has a 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display at 295 PPI based on one-glass solution (OGS) technology and runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) similar to the Q1000 that was launched back in May. UCWeb jumps over Opera to become India’s most used mobile browser
UCWeb has announced that it has become India’s most used mobile browser with a market share of 31%. Based on statistics by research firm Statcounter, the company reports that it has now surpassed the erstwhile champion ie Opera Mobile.
The company has achieved this within a span of just 3 years and is introducing a range of interesting features to provide a lot of added value to users. It’s partnership with Trend Micro announced in May 2013 is one such move that is aimed to provide enhanced security related features like alerts for malicious content. Xolo teases a slim smartphone, might be Q1000S
Xolo has started teasing a upcoming smartphone on the Facebook page. The image just shows back of the smartphone that also shows how thin the smartphone is. Asus Padfone Infinity Review
Asus unveiled the Padfone Infinity, the third generation Padfone device back in Feburuary at the MWC 2013. It went on sale in Taiwan back in April. We brought you the unboxing of the device back in June and the benchmarks in July, here we have the complete review of the device. Idea launches one-time 2G trial pack for Rs. 25 in Delhi
Idea Cellular has launched special 2G Trial Packs for its prepaid subscribers in Delhi that would let users enjoy internet at an economical price. The pack is priced at Rs. 25 and comes with 500 MB of 2G data which comes with 500 MB of 2G data. Vodafone launched a similar trial pack for 2G and 3G customers recently.
