Karbonn has launched Alfa A120, the company’s latest budget smartphone with a 3000mAh battery with up to 18h of talk time. It has a 4.5-inch FWVGA (854 × 480 pixels) multi-touch IPS display, is powered by a 1.3 GHz quad-core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat).
