Micromax Canvas Fun A76, a new smartphone in the Canvas series and the Bolt A67, a new phone in the Bolt series are now available in India from online retailer Snapdeal. The Canvas Fun A76 has a 5-inch (480 x 854 pixels) TFT capacitive touch screen display and is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. The Bolt A67 has a 4.5-inch capacitive touch screen display, powered by a 1 GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 4.0 (ICS). It has a 2-megapixel rear camera with LED flash. Both the phones have a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera and comes with dual SIM support. Chrome Beta v30 for Android brings new gesture navigation, better image search and more
Google has updated the Chrome Beta for Android to version 30 that brings a lot of new features including option to right-click an image to do an image search, new gestures to switch tabs, lot of new API support for users and developers. Intex launched the Aqua I-5, the company’s latest flagship smartphone back in June, that we reviewed recently. Now a younger brother, Aqua I-4 has been listed on the official Intex website along with the Intex Cloud Y5. Intex launched the Cloud Y2 earlier this month, and the Cloud Y5 has a larger display, but it runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich). Micromax has been teasing the upcoming Canvas Doodle 2 A240 on their Facebook page for the past few days, now the smartphone has been listed on Flipkart. The Micromax Canvas Doodle 2 A240 would have a 5.7-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core processor and run on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean). It would come with a 12-megapixel camera with dual LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. It would have with Dual SIM support with dual standby similar to other Micromax smartphones. Xolo teases a slim smartphone, might be Q1000S
Xolo has started teasing a upcoming smartphone on the Facebook page. The image just shows back of the smartphone that also shows how thin the smartphone is. This might be the Xolo Q1000S, which we reported last month that would be just 6.8mm thick. You can also see the camera bulge and the back is likely to have a matte finish. Asus Padfone Infinity Review
Asus unveiled the Padfone Infinity, the third generation Padfone device back in Feburuary at the MWC 2013. It went on sale in Taiwan back in April. We brought you the unboxing of the device back in June and the benchmarks in July, here we have the complete review of the device. The Padfone Infinity has an optional Padfone dock similar to its predecessors that converts the phone into a tablet. It is definitely better than the previous Padfone devices in terms of specifications and the design, will it be better than other smartphones if you consider the phone alone ? Idea launches one-time 2G trial pack for Rs. 25 in Delhi
Idea Cellular has launched special 2G Trial Packs for its prepaid subscribers in Delhi that would let users enjoy internet at an economical price. The pack is priced at Rs. 25 and comes with 500 MB of 2G data which comes with 500 MB of 2G data. Vodafone launched a similar trial pack for 2G and 3G customers recently. Nokia Lumia 625 launched in India for Rs. 19999
Nokia has officially launched the Lumia 625, the latest Lumia phone in India. It went on pre-order in India online earlier this week. The Lumia 625 was unveiled last month and packs a 4.7-inch (800 x 480 pixels) LCD display, which is the largest screen on a Lumia phone till date. It is powered by a 1.2 GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Plus MSM8930 processor and runs on the latest Windows Phone 8 OS with the latest Amber update. It has a 5-megapixel auto focus camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel front-facing camera. It has Nokia Music and Here Maps. Nokia Lumia 925 officially launched in India for a price of Rs. 33,499
We just witnessed the Nokia Lumia 925 go on sale from the official Indian online store for Rs. 34, 169 but curiously, without much fanfare. Well, Nokia has compensated for that now, with their launch event in New Delhi today. Yes, the Nokia Lumia 925 is finally official, and comes with a price tag of a slightly lesser Rs. 33, 499. The latest all rounded flagship from Nokia is aimed at fixing the few hardware problems the Lumia 920 had, for instance, the design, build and weight. Sporting an all new aluminium build with some hardware improvements like the six element camera lens, the Lumia 925 is for people who didn’t want the Lumia 920 because of the bulk or the used up design.It is kind of interesting to see that Nokia has built a nice little portfolio of Windows Phone devices for India with over 12 devices being introduced in the market so far.

It offers even more challenges, more cars, all new maps and the most life-like graphics ever with the new physics engine that would give you a realistic feel when you pull death-defying stunts, destroy objects in your path, and catch major air off ramps. The Android version is expected to release later today. Gameloft has promised that the game would be available for Windows Phone 8 later this year.
