Intex has launched Aqua Xtreme II, successor of last year’s Aqua Xtreme.. It has the same 5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat), has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera, similar to the Aqua Extreme, but this is powered by a 1.4 GHz Octa-Core processor and is 7.9mm thick. Sony has launched Xperia Z3+ smartphone in India. It was announced last month and packs a 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display, is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor, runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and is just 6.9mm thick. It has a 20.7-megapixel rear camera with 1/2.3″ Sony Exmor RS image sensor, BIONZ image processing engine, 4K video recording and a 5.1-megapixel 1080p front-facing camera with EXMOR R sensor. Amazon wants its users to discuss books via popular mobile messaging apps. A latest update to Kindle for Android app will now allow users to share quotes, highlights, and book recommendations with friends through WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger.
Microsoft is bringing its Sway app on more devices. Launched in October last year, the Sway app which allows you to create multimedia presentations is now coming to iPad.

OnePlus has announced that it will unveil its second flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 2, at a virtual reality event on July 27th. This is the world’s first product launch in VR, says the company. “A VR launch lets you stand right next to our team and our fans as we unveil our new flagship. You’ll be able to look around as you check out the phone in a new way and maybe even find a few hidden Easter eggs”, said OnePlus.
