Huawei’s Honor brand has introduced Honor Play 8A, the company’s latest budget smartphone in China, as it had promised. It has a 6-inch HD+ waterdrop notch display, and the company claims that it has 87% screen-to-body ratio. It is powered by the latest MediaTek Helio P35 12nm SoC, runs Android 9.0 (Oreo), and has a 13-megapixel rear camrea with f/1.8 aperture, and an 8-megapixel front camera.

After announcing a price cut for Mi A2 yesterday, Xiaomi today announced a price cut for its popular Redmi Note 5 Pro smartphone in India as the company has sold 1 crore or 10 million units. It was launched back in February last year and got a Rs. 1000 price cut in November.
