OPPO has silently launched R15 Pro smartphone in India. It was originally introduced as R15 Dream Mirror Edition in China last year. It has a 6.28-inch FHD+ 19:9 aspect ratio OLED display with a notch with a 1.78mm narrow frame and 90% screen-to-body ratio. It calls it Super-V Display. It is powered by Snapdragon 660 SoC with 6GB of RAM and 128GB storage.

LG Electronics has announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Microsoft to enhance and further grow LG’s autonomous vehicle and infotainment system business. Under this agreement, LG will accelerate the transformation of its existing digital platform for the vehicle industry, by leveraging Microsoft’s Azure cloud and artificial intelligence technologies along with LG’s future self-driving software. TCL Communication at the CES 2019 introduced new Alcatel 1 Series smartphones – Alcatel 1X (2019) and Alcatel 1C (2019), sucessors of last year’s 1X and 1C models. The new 1X has an HD+ screen, comes with dual rear cameras and also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
