It packs a 6.55-inch AMOLED DotDisplay with 1.88mm ultra-slim bezels on the top and sides, HDR10, 1 billion colours, 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. It has a 16MP punch-hole front camera. The phone is powered by Snapdragon 732G with up to 8GB of RAM and supports Liquid cooling. Samsung launched the Galaxy A50 smartphone powered by Exynos 9610 SoC back in 2019, later it started using Exynos 9611 in Galaxy A50s and Galaxy A51 in the A series and the Galaxy M30s, M31, M21 and M31s in the M series as well as Galaxy F41 in India.
