Samsung launched the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8+ smartphones in India last month starting at Rs. 57,900. As the name indicates, the S8 is the eighth smartphone in the ‘Galaxy S’ series, which is a major improvement when it comes to the design and display compared to Galaxy S6 and S7 series of smartphone. Press render of the Moto Z2 Play surfaced a few weeks back showing off its metal design, fingerprint sensor on the front and dual-tone LED flash for the front camera. Thanks to @evleaks, we now have the specifications of the phone. According to the leak, the phone is expected to pack the same 5.5-inch 1080p display, but the battery will be reduced from 3510mAh to 3000mAh, which is a bummer since the battery life on the Moto G5 Plus with the same display size and battery is not impressive when compared to the Z Play.

Huawei’s Honor brand at an event today in Bengaluru today announced the roll out details for its next software update – EMUI 5 based on Android 7.0 (Nougat). It said that upcoming Honor 8 Lite smartphone will be the first device that will come with EMUI 5.0 out-of- the-box.
