AT&T USA had announced this March that they would acquire the T-Mobile USA from Deutsche Telekom for US$ 39 billion. Later Sprint opposed the merger saying that they need to have approval of Department of Justice and the Federal Communications Commission (FFC) for the tranaction. T-Mobile, USA has announced that HTC Sensation 4G would be exclusively available from June 15 for $199.99 with a two year contract. T-Mobile announced the 4G device this April after it was officially announced. This phone appeared on the Vodafone UK site before its launch and was available for pre-order later, then it was available from 20th May with Vodafone UK.
