BBM for iPhone is here! Yes, for real. Here are some screenshots of BBM or BlackBerry Messenger running on an Apple iPhone 5 with iOS7. BlackBerry announced few months back that it was bringing the BlackBerry Messenger service to iOS and Android and has kept its promise. The app is a free 30MB download which has gone live on the New Zealand iTunes app store as of now. It would be going live on the Indian App Store later today and will be available worldwide. You can either use your existing BlackBerryID (If you were using a BlackBerry device in the past) or create a new one. You need to verify the associated email account to get things working. BlackBerry Z30 with 5 inch Super AMOLED display, 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 Pro CPU announced
BlackBerry has finally unveiled their first large screen BlackBerry 10 smartphone the BlackBerry Z30. The main highlight of the Z30 is the 5 inch SuperAMOLED display and it is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 Pro dual core CPU. It also runs on the latest version of the BlackBerry 10.2 and it features the largest battery ever in a Blackberry device rated at 2880mAh which could deliver over 25 hours of usage.
BlackBerry Q10 Launching in India on June 6th in Delhi
BlackBerry showed off the BlackBerry Q10 alongside the first BlackBerry 10 device the Z10 during the BlackBerry 10 launch event back in January this year. The Q10 is already on sale in the UK where I got my hands on one. Now the 2nd BlackBerry 10 device is making its way to India. The company has sent to invites for a launch event in Delhi on June 6th and is expected to announce the Q10 for the Indian market.

BlackBerry 2013 roadmap leaked , BlackBerry 10 Tablet and Phablet may be in the works
Looks like there is a new BlackBery 10 leak on the inter webs. The BlackBerry Z10 was the first BlackBerry 10 device to be launched along with the Q10 and it was leaked a lot before the official reveal on January 30th. Now some presentation slides have emerged which show a B10 L which might the first BlackBerry 10 tablet. Also we see a U10 which looks like a Phablet/Large screen device. BlackBerry Z10 India launch on Feb 25 as invite arrives
FoneArena was the first to bring you the news about the BlackBerry Z10 coming to India on February 24th,25th . Looks like we were right ! An interesting and unusual invite landed at our office today from BlackBerry and it was a cool heat sensitive mug ! Once we filled the mug with some hot liquid , the message slowly showed up on the mug. It reads – Block Your Date on Monday February 25th 2013. BlackBerry Z10 pictured in black, white in leaked marketing material
Another day and yet another image of the upcoming BlackBerry 10 based handset has turned up on the internet. Called the BlackBerry Z10, the company is expected to eschew using its traditional four digit model number naming scheme. The full touch smartphone will run the QNX based BB10 OS and is expected to be revealed on 30th January at an event in New York.

BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha Device First Pics
Here are the first pics of the BlackBerry 10 Dev Alpha device which RIM CEO Thorsten Heins showed off in the keynote few minutes ago. Although the device is only meant for developers at this point , it looks slick ! More than the hardware the BlackBerry 10 UI seems impressive. The software packs a gesture based on screen keyboard and an innovative multitasking interface.

BlackBerry OS 10 developer device unveiled at BlackBerry World
BlackBerry CEO Heins just unveiled the BlackBerry OS 10 based device which will be handed over to developers at the ongoing BlackBerry World conference in Orlando , Florida. While exact specifications are still missing , the highlight has got to be the gorgeous display on the slab.
The 4.2″ display packs in an amazing 1280×768 resolution panel which is above and beyond most other 720p panels out there. The internals include 16GB of storage and 1GB of RAM.

We are live blogging the opening keynote from BlackBerry World 2012 currently happening in Orlando , Florida. We are really hoping that RIM CEO Thorsten Heins will share some news about the upcoming BlackBerry 10 Devices. This is the first BlackBerry World under the new leadership. Last year RIM announced the BlackBerry Bold 9900 at this event and it happens to be the most popular Blackberry handset currently in the market.

BlackBerry Playbook finally getting Native Email , Calendar and Contacts this Summer
RIM just officially announced that the PlayBook is finally getting Native Email. This was one of the most criticized features of the device and RIM was blamed for ignoring this feature at the time of launch 2 weeks ago. As expected RIM gave an answer today at Blackberry World that the device is getting an update this summer which will bring native email , calendar and contacts. As of now , you need to use Blackberry Bridge and connect to a Blackberry handset via Bluetooth to get access to email on the device. Bing to be Default Search Engine on BlackBerry devices
Wow , what a surprise , at the BlackBerry World keynote today. Joining RIM Co-CEO Mike Lazaridis was Microsoft CEO Steve Ballmer to announce a strategic partnership with RIM. Bing will be the Default Search Engine on all Blackberry Devices. We also saw a mention of Bing Maps which confirms that Bing will also be integrated deeply into the BlackBerry OS. Microsoft showed a video promo of the integration which we will be uploading soon. We also saw a demo of Bing Search on a Torch 9800 and it looks inspired by the Metro UI by Windows Phone 7

Angry Birds for Blackberry Playbook Coming this Summer
Today at the Blackberry World RIM announced that the famous Angry Birds game is releasing for the Blackberry Playbook this summer. Birds is a physics based game where you need to attack the pigs using the different kinds of birds. RIM announces today that the QNX version of Angry Birds is getting ready and will be available in BlackBerry App World for download this summer.
