In a new research note, Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo has revealed a possible roadmap for Apple’s plans for AR/MR headsets. He predicts that Apple will first launch a helmet type mixed reality headset in 2022, followed by AR glasses in 2025 and finally AR contact lenses in the 2030s.
Reliance Jio is reportedly planning to enter the laptop market segment, as they are currently developing a product called the JioBook. The laptop was spotted to be running a custom version of Android OS, called JioOS, and is powered by a Qualcomm SoC inside.

Apple is reportedly planning to release updated iPads and MacBook laptops with OLED displays. These OLED devices will go into production by the end of 2021, and likely early next year. They are rumoured to exist alongside their upcoming Macbooks with Mini-LED displays.

This year around the same time the company is said to introduce the Nord 2 smartphone, but instead of Snapdragon SoC, OnePlus is said to move to MediaTek’s latest flagship Dimensity 1200 6nm SoC that supports ultra-fast 168Hz refresh rates in FHD+. Back in 2019, there were rumours claiming that iPhones in 2021 will likely be completely port less. However, according to a new report from Ming-Chi Kuo, the iPhone 13 series will continue to use the Lightning port, and will also reportedly feature 120Hz displays and larger batteries built-in.
Apple is working on iPhone 13 and will reportedly come with up to 1TB storage for the first time. At present, the iPhone 12 comes with a 512GB storage capacity at max. However, there are no details about the variants, meaning if this will be the case across all the variants or just for the Pro Max variant.
