Xiaomi Redmi Note 4G went on sale in India last month for Rs. 9.999. We brought you the battery test results of the smartphone recently, here are the benchmarks. It is powered by a quad-core Snapdragon 400 (MSM8228) processor clocked at 1.59 GHz per core and has Adreno 305 GPU, similar to the Redmi 1S. It has a 5.5-inch (1280 x 720 pixels) HD IPS display, 2GB RAM and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with MIUI v5 on top. Check out the synthetic benchmark scores below.

Three UK to buy O2 UK for £9.25 billion

Since BT confirmed they were in talks to buy EE and not O2, there’s been a lot of rumours that Three UK owner Hutchinson Whampoa Limited (HWL) would attempt to acquire O2 in a bid to strengthen its UK position. HTC is all set to launch Desire 626, a new smartphone in the Desire 600 series. Press images and complete specifications of the smartphone have been leaked by @upleaks. According to the leak, the smartphone would come with a 5-inch HD display and would run on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense UI on top. It would get Android 5.0 update later, says the leakster. The website did not crash after the sale opened, like the first sale.
