Reliance Communications (Rcom) has launched Free Facebook Fridays offer for its prepaid GSM customers that enables them to access Facebook for free without any data charges, account balance or deductions from their preferred data pack on Fridays. Oppo introduced the Oppo R5 with a stainless steel body, micro-arc frame that is just 4.85mm thick at an event in Singapore back in September. The company just announced that it will hit the stores this month and is expected to be priced in the range of Rs. 25,000 to Rs. 30,000. The Oppo R5 has a 5.2-inch 1080p AMOLED screen, powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor with Adreno 405 GPU and runs on Color OS 2.0 based on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Xolo has unveiled Q900s Plus an upgraded variant of the Q900s that was introduced back in July. It has a 4.7-inch HD display compared to 4.7-inch qHD display on the Q900s and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) out of the box. Other specifications are similar including a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 (MSM 8212) processor with Adreno 302 GPU, 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera.
