Huawei today sent out invites for the announcement of its mid-range Nova 2 smartphone in China on May 26th, as rumored earlier, after it was certified by TENAA last month. Image of the phone showed Rose Gold colors with 2.5D curved glass display, unibody metal design, dual rear cameras and a fingerprint sensor on the back. Paytm reportedly signs a deal to acquire rival FreeCharge

Paytm has signed a non-exclusive term sheet to acquire rival wallet player FreeCharge, according to a latest report from the Economic Times. The digital wallet company is said to buy FreeCharge in an all-cash deal from Snapdeal.
