Acer and HP Windows Mixed Reality Dev Kits are now up for preorder

Microsoft has announced pre-order for Acer and HP Windows Mixed Reality Dev Kits at the ongoing Build 2017 conference. The virtual reality headsets from HP and Acer can be found in the Microsoft Store.

The Acer headsets are bright and lightweight headset while the HP headsets have a modern and industrial look. Both the headsets come with a common set of display and audio features.

Acer Windows Mixed Reality Headset Developer Edition

  • Two high-resolution liquid crystal displays at 1440 x 1440
  • Front hinged display
  • 95 degree horizontal field of view
  • Display refresh rate up to 90 Hz (native)
  • Built-in audio out and microphone support through 3.5mm jack

HP Windows Mixed Reality Headset Developer Edition
