NEC Medias W with dual 4.3-inch qHD displays announced in Japan

NTT Docomo has announced NEC Medias W (N-05E) in the docomo NEXT series in their Spring 2013 line-up. This Android smartphone comes with dual 4.3-inch (540 x 960 pixels ) displays that can also fold, so that you can use it as a single screen. Both these displays create a square of 5.6-inch display that would offer more screen real estate to use keyboard in one screen, while using SNS apps, browsing and watching videos. Even though we have already seen Kyocera Echo and the Sony Tablet S2 back in 2011 with dual touch screen displays, this one seems better in terms of implementation and design. LG Optimus G Pro announced in Japan, 5-inch 1080p display and 3000 mAh battery

NTT Docomo has announced the LG Optimus G Pro (L-04E) in their Spring lineup that comes in the docomo NEXT series. The LG Optimus G Pro first showed up in a leaked slide last week. It packs a 5-inch (1920×1080 pixels) Full HD IPS display, powered by 1.7 GHz quad-core Qualcomm APQ 8064 processor with Adreno 320 GPU and runs on Android 4.1 (Jelly Bean).  It comes with a whopping 3,000 mAh battery. Sony XPERIA Tablet Z announced for Japan

The XPERIA Tablet Z which was rumoured to launch at CES 2013 has finally got officially announced for the Japanese market today. This sexy looking Android tablet is barely 6.9mm thick and weighs around 495 grams. It is also dustproof and waterproof to a certain extent. The display is 10.1 inches in size and features the Mobile Bravia Engine found on most Sony mobile products these days. The resolution on the display is an impressive 1920×1200 pixels.The design looks very similar to the XPERIA Z and ZL smartphones we saw at CES 2013. NTT Docomo unveils 16 new devices including 9 Smartphones and a Tablet

Japan’s largest telecom operator NTT Docomo has unveiled 16 new devices including 9 Smartphones and a Tablet. Some popular phones include, Samsung Galaxy Note II SC-02E and Galaxy S3 α SC-03E in the ‘docomo NEXT Series’. They have also announced Sony Xperia AX SO-01E and LG Optimus LIFE L-02E in the ‘docomo with series’. LG announced that the LG Optimus G L-01E would got on sale on from NTT Docomo on October 19th. Fujitsu, NTT DOCOMO, NEC partners to develop smartphone chips

Japan’s Fujitsu Limited, NTT DOCOMO INC., NEC Corporation and Fujitsu Semiconductor Limited have announced a joint venture to develop and sell semiconductor products with built-in modem. NTT Docomo unveils docomo cloud services including a text translation app

Japan’s largest telecom operator NTT Docomo has announced new services and would also enhance the current services under docomo cloud brand for DOCOMO smartphones and tablets. NTT Docomo unveils 19 new devices including 16 smartphones and a Tablet

 

Japan’s NTT Docomo has announced 18 new phones in Japan that includes 16 smartphones, a tablet, a phone for children as well as a mobile Wi-Fi router. All the smartphones run on Android 4.0 and supports DOCOMO’s Xi LTE service. The ELUGA Live P-08D tablet that runs on Android 4.0. Sony Xperia GX and Xperia SX LTE smartphones announced in Japan

Sony Mobile has announced 2 new LTE-enabled smartphones, Xperia GX and Xperia SX for the Japanese markets. They unveiled Xperia NX and arco HD for Japan earlier this year. The Xperia GX comes with 4.6-inch Reality display and the Xperia SX has a 3.7-inch Reality display. Samsung Galaxy Note LTE announced in Japan, coming to NTT Docomo on April 6

Samsung and NTT docomo has announced LTE-enabled Samsung GALAXY Note SC-05D in Japan in their Docomo NEXT series. Samsung launched the Galaxy Note last October that has reached 5 million shipments globally. It has 5.3-inch (1280 x 800 pixels) HD Super AMOLED display , 1.5 GHz dual-core processor, Android 2.3 (Gingerbread), 8 megapixel AF camera with flash, Full HD (1080p) video recording and playback, 2 megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. NTT Docomo announces Android 4.0 update for 18 devices, to roll out starting July 2012

NTT Docomo has announced the Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) update for 18 devices in their docomo with series, docomo NEXT series and docomo tablets. Some of these devices were announce in May and October 2012. The Xperia Acro and NX SO-02D were announced this January. Samsung Galaxy S2 WiMAX launched in Japan

Samsung has launched the Galaxy S2 with WiMAX support for KDDI au in Japan. They have already launched the LTE version in Korea and USA. This CDMA phone comes with a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720) Super AMOLED Plus display, 1.4GHz dual-core processor and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). It is about 9.5mm thick and weighs 139g. Sony Xperia NX and Xperia acro HD announced for NTT Docomo

Sony has announced Xperia acro (HD SO-03D) and the Xperia NX (SO-02D) for NTT Docomo in Japan. The Xperia NX (SO-02D) comes under the Docomo NEXT series and is a variant of Xperia S that was announced at CES 2012. The Xperia acro (HD SO-03D) comes under Docomo with series. Both these phones comes with 4.3-inch (1280 × 720 pixels) HD Reality Display, 12MP camera auto focus camera with 1080p HD video recording and 1.3MP secondary front facing camera, 1.5GHz dual core CPU and runs on Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) that is upgradable to Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich).
