Nokia has launched the new Symbian Belle smartphones, Nokia 600, Nokia 700 and Nokia 701 in India. These phones were announced last month in Hong Kong, and they come with single-tap NFC pairing and sharing capabilities, 1 Ghz processor and 512 MB RAM. The Nokia 600 has powerful loudspeaker with the audio output of 106 phon and FM transmitter and FM receiver. The Nokia 700 is the thinnest Nokia smartphone which is just 9.7mm thick. The Nokia 701 features the brightest display on any smartphone,2 Microphones for stereo audio recording. All these phones come with common connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, NFC, Bluetooth 3.0, USB OTG support and A-GPS. LG partners with Reliance to offer new plans on Reliance 3G for both prepaid and postpaid customers on purchase of LG Optimus 3D. These plans offer Free Voice, SMS, 3G Data and VAS services like Mobile TV pack. The LG Optimus 3D was launched in India last month. This offer is also available in 2G circles. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) has imposed the restriction of 100 SMS/ day per SIM from today (27.09.2011) to prevent pesky marketing SMS. Now they have excluded the service providers, DTH operators, e-ticketing agencies, social networking sites and directory service agencies from the limit. We finally got hold of a Samsung Galaxy Tab 750 and we have to admit this Tablet is pretty attractive. We are big fans of the hardware and the display. We are still getting used to the Android HoneyComb UI. The TouchWiz UI on top of HoneyComb is in fact interesting and an advantage over stock Honeycomb tablets like the Motorola Xoom. The Tab 750 is moderately lighter than the iPad 2 and a tad thinner as well. Samsung had announced this tablet at MWC this year but this tab got a new design after the iPad 2 was announced. Check out the video below where we quickly take a look at the retail box , power on the device and also fire up the browser and do a quick speed test on Vodafone’s HSPA network where we managed to clock about 4-5 Mbps download speeds.
