Xiaomi launched its Redmi 4 smartphone in India last month starting at Rs. 6999. Today the company on the sixth week of sale announced that it has sold more than 1 million or 10 lakh units of Redmi 4 smartphones in India since the smartphone went on sale on May 23rd on Mi.com and Amazon.in. With this, the smartphone has broken the record of Redmi Note 4 that took 45 days to cross 1 million unit sales back in March.
