HTC is working on a top-end smartphone in the Desire series codenamed A55, according to @upleaks. According to the website, the smartphone codenamed HTC Hima_Ace is cancelled and is replaced by the A55. It is rumored to feature a 5.5-inch Quad HD display and will be powered by a MediaTek MT6795 64-bit Octa-Core SoC with built-in 4G LTE and not a Snapdragon SoC seen on latest top-end Desire series smartphones. HTC has revealed that customers waiting for the Lollipop upgrade will not receive it in time for HTC’s self-imposed deadline of Feb. 1. The two phones from some carrier will not meet the 90 day update goal.

HTC has launched Desire 526G+ Dual Sim, the company’s latest smartphone in the Desire series. It has a 4.7-inch (960 x 540 pixels) display, is powered by a 1.7 GHz Octa-Core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with HTC Sense UI. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. HTC has partnered with Snapdeal to sell the smartphone. More images of the upcoming HTC One M9 has been leaked. This time the phone images are less blurry and shows that the power button has been moved from the top of the device to a more accessible location on the right side near volume rockers.
HTC is all set to launch Desire 626, a new smartphone in the Desire 600 series. Press images and complete specifications of the smartphone have been leaked by @upleaks. According to the leak, the smartphone would come with a 5-inch HD display and would run on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense UI on top. It would get Android 5.0 update later, says the leakster.
