HTC Desire 826 with 5.5-inch 1080p display, Android 5.0 announced

HTC has unveiled the Desire 826, the company’s latest phablet at the CES 2015 as expected. It has the 5.5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) display, compared to HD display on Desire 816 and Desire 820, but this is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor ( four Cortex A53 cores clocked at 1.5 GHz per core and four clocked at 1.0 GHz) and has Adreno 405 GPU, similar to the Desire 820. Entry-level HTC Desire 320 announced

HTC Gallery for Android updated with Cloud Gallery support

HTC reportedly plans to introduce more budget 4G smartphones in Q1 2015

HTC plans to launch entry-level 4G smartphones in the first quarter of 2015, according to a report from DigiTimes. It expects to ship twice the amount of products next year compared to this year, the report adds. This was revealed by Jack Tong, president of HTC North Asia. HTC Desire EYE reportedly available from select offline stores in India for Rs. 35990

HTC announced the Desire EYE in India at the Double Exposure event back in October. It was supposed to go on sale in the country exclusively on Amazon late November, but it didn’t happen. Today Mumbai-based retailer Manish Khatri from Mahesh Telecom said that the HTC Desire EYE would be available from select offline stores in India starting today. HTC announced the Desire 620G dual SIM along with the Desire 620 dual SIM few weeks back. Now the Desire 620G Dual SIM is available from online retailer Snapdeal in India. It has a 5-inch HD IPS display, is powered by a  1.7 GHz Octa-Core MediaTek MT6592 processor and runs on Android 4.4 Kitkat with HTC Sense 6 UI on top. It has a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash, 1080p video recording, HTC EYE experience and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera with a BSI sensor. HTC introduced the HTC RE, a GoPro-like action camera at the Double Exposure event in the US back in October. It was launched in India few days after the US event at a price tag of Rs. 9,990. At the launch HTC said that it would be available in India early November, but the product finally went on sale in India earlier this week on Snapdeal. HTC RE Camera finally goes on sale in India for Rs. 9990

HTC launched the HTC RE, the company’s GoPro-like action camera in India back in October for Rs. 9,990 and said that it will be available exclusively on Snapdeal starting November 5th, but it didn’t happen. Today the RE Camera is finally on sale on Snapdeal and is available in Blue and White colors. As a promotional offer it comes with a 8GB microSD card for free. The HTC RE has a 16 megapixel sensor with a 146 degree wide-angle lens, capable of recording full HD video and 120 fps slow motion video at 720p. Google Nexus 9 16GB WiFi variant goes on sale on Amazon in India for Rs. 28900 [Updated]

Google unveiled the Nexus 9 tablet made by HTC back in October. It got priced at Rs. 28,900 for the 16GB WiFi variant and Rs.44,900 for the 32GB LTE variant on the Google Play Store in India last month. Now the 16GB WiFi Indigo Black variant of the Nexus 9 is on sale on Amazon.in at the same price of Rs. 28,900. The LTE variant is also expected to go on sale soon.
