Oppo has launched Oppo Joy Plus, the company’s latest budget Android smartphone and the successor of last year’s Oppo Joy in India. It has a 4-inch (800 x 480 pixels) WVGA IPS ultra-sensitive touch screen with glove mode, is powered by a 1.3 GHz dual core processor and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Color OS 2.0. It has a 3-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. It has 3G connectivity and dual SIM support. Sony Xperia Z4 with 5.2-inch 1080p display, Snapdragon 810 processor announced

Sony has announced the Xperia Z4, the company’s latest flagship at an event in Japan. It has the same 5.2-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) Triluminos Display similar to the Z3, but this is powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 processor. It runs on Android 5.0 (Lollipop) and is just 6.9mm thick. It has Sony’s Omni balance design with glass back and aluminium frame. Lenovo A6000 Review

Of late, Lenovo as a smartphone brand is getting a lot of eye balls and one of the primary reasons for that is the way they have been aggressively pricing their latest products. The Chinese maker has managed to disrupt the market with A6000 – one of the most affordable 4G LTE offerings in the mid-range market.

Lenovo A6000 with 4G capabilities in its armoury makes its competition look a bit overpriced and also underequipped. Sony XPERIA Z Fourth Generation Images Leaked

New photos have surfaced of a handset that could very well be the Sony XPERIA Z4 as it looks very similar to what we’ve seen in the past photos rumoured to be that of the Z4. In the images, Sony has referred to the phone as XPERIA Z Fourth Generation. We are not sure if this means that Sony is planning to change it’s naming scheme. Perhaps instead of having Z2, Z3, Z4 etc they will name their handsets XPERIA Z Generation 4, 5 etc. Perhaps it is to make things simpler as they plan on releasing just one flagship phone per year compared to their previous cycle of two phones per year.

Lenovo has launched A6000 plus smartphone in India after announcing it earlier this week. The A6000 plus has 2GB of RAM and 16GB of Internal storage compared to 1GB and 8GB on the A6000 smartphone. Other specifications are similar, including 4G support, 5-inch HD display, 1.2GHz quad-core Snapdragon 410 processor with Adreno 306 GPU and Android 4.4 (KitKat) with Vibe UI. Sony has launched Xperia E4g Dual, the company’s latest 4G smartphone in India. It was announced back in February ahead of MWC and packs a 4.7-inch qHD IPS display, is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6732 64-bit SoC and runs on Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 5-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. It also have NFC support. Sony launched the Xperia E4 dual smartphone in India last month.
