Xiaomi, the Chinese manufacturer entered the Indian market with its Mi 3 smartphone and the smartphone turned out to be a huge success in the country. The unbelievable price tag it carried helped the device sell like hot cakes.

Xiaomi launched the Mi 4 smartphone in India earlier today for Rs. 19,999, which goes on sale from February 10th. Xiaomi usually offers limited number of units for the Flipkart First subscribers, before the smartphone goes on sale for the first time on Flipkart. Xiaomi just launched the Mi 4 smartphone in India, as expected. It was announced back in July last year, packs a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with 441 PPI, based one-glass solution (OGS), is powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor and runs on MIUI 6 on top of Android 4.4 (KitKat). Xiaomi has just announced the most expected Mi 4, successor of the Mi 3 that was unveiled last year. It has a 5-inch (1920 x 1080 pixels) IPS display with 441 PPI, based one-glass solution (OGS) made by Sharp / JDI, powered by a 2.5 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor with Adreno 330 GPU. It runs on MIUI on top of Android 4.4 (KitKat). It has a 13-megapixel rear camera with Sony BSI sensor, and a 8-megapixel front-facing camera win Sony sensor.
