Opera has updated its Opera Mini app for Android to version 13 that brings new download manager so that you can now control the number of files you download simultaneously, get alerts when downloading large files and more. It also gets updated search bar that now lets you select a category for your search results – web, images, video or news – before hitting the Go button. Check out all the new features below.

Motorola Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G to get Android 6.0 update in select regions

Motorola confirmed Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) update for range of smartphones back in October. At that time it did not include Moto E series and first generation Moto X and Moto G phones, but it had said it might add more devices in the future. Now the company has announced add the Moto E (2nd Gen) 4G in the list and said that it will get the Marshmallow update in Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia, excluding China. Android Lollipop adoption nearing 30%, Marshmallow up to 0.5%

Google is out with the monthly Android distribution numbers for the month of December. Lollipop 5.0 is now present on 29.5% of Android devices up from 25.6 percent in November.

Oppo R7 Plus high-end version with 4GB RAM, 64GB storage announced

Oppo introduced the R7 Plus smartphone back in May, and the smartphone was launched in India for Rs. 29,990 in India in September. Today the company has announced the high-end version of the R7 Plus with 4GB of RAM and a 64GB of internal storage, compared to 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage in the standard version.

Motorola is all set to launch the Moto G Turbo Edition in India on December 10th, according to it’s latest teaser. The major charge in the Turbo edition is the Octa-Core Snapdragon 615 processor instead of Snapdragon 410 SoC on the Moto G (3rd Gen.). It also has Turbo charging capabilities that lets you use the phone for up to 6 hours with just 15 minutes of charging using the bundled 15W Turbo charger. HTC One M9 (unlocked) Marshmallow, One A9 Android 6.0.1 updates to roll out by Dec-end

Few hours back Google announced that it has started rolling out Android 6.0.1 update for some of its Nexus devices, and also released factory images for the same.
