Samsung acknowledges Exynos documentation issue, working on a fix

Samsung devices are built with one of the most powerful hardware and the Exynos processor manufactured by Samsung themselves is one of them. But from quite sometime now Exynos powered devices are having problems with developers due to the lack of documentation. Samsung has acknowledged this issue and has tweeted to confirm that they are working with the Exynos team to fix this.

Google+ for Windows Phone in the works

Google+ was launched by Google last year, now it has around 90 million people registered on it, and its apps are available on both Android and iOS, though the Android version has more set of features. Google had earlier said that they are working on Google+ application for all the major operating systems including Blackberry O.S. Now, news is that Google is working on the WIndows Phone version and it may be out pretty soon.

Hands on with new Twitter for iPhone

As part of a massive redesign effort , Twitter today unveiled new apps for iOS , Android alongside an improved web interface. The version 4.0 update for the iPhone is a  huge change with a slick design, soothing graphics, more features and a whole lot of performance improvements. It has its own pros and cons. We’ll be doing a complete walk through the  new app whilst comparing it with the previous (version 3.3.5) release. Unless mentioned , all images on the right are from Twitter for iOS version 4 and those on the left are from the older release.

Siri can now tweet as Developer creates a Proxy Server

One developer @Plamoni has managed to create a Proxy Server for hacking around Siri – the virtual assistant found on the Apple iPhone 4S. Since he shared the source code on github another developer put together a twitter plugin which lets you tweet using Siri. Watch the video below where the developer of this twitter plugin for the Siri Proxy Server shows how Siri can be used to tweet. Damn Cool !

Audioboo Comes To The Ovi Store Worldwide

Almost a year ago, I discovered the joys of using Audioboo for covering live events on Twitter. See, Audioboo is kind of the audio version of Twitpic for Twitter. You get 5 minutes of audio recording, and you can set that to be automatically sent to Twitter with a link to listen to the Boo. Quite simple, and when you want to get live impressions of people, it works wonderfully well. Except that there wasn’t a version for Symbian before and I had to use my iPod Touch and wait until I had WiFi around to upload my Boos, which defeated the purpose of its instantaneous approach.

Well, that problem is now solved as Audioboo has recently been launched in the Ovi Store, and after a few days of being limited to the UK only, is now available worldwide.
