vivo has been teasing the X300 series phones for quite some time now. Today, leaker Digital Chat Station posted that the first Dimensity 9500-powered phone is tentatively scheduled to be released around October 13th. This is expected to be vivo X300 series.

Earlier this week, vivo’s product manager Han Boxiao posted 4 million+ AnTuTu 11 score for the vivo X300 Pro, and said that the company has achieved the highest score in room temperature. Since upgrades to AnTuTu include major changes, the scores are usually higher.
vivo X300 is the successor to X200 Pro mini
This week, he also said that vivo X300 is the official successor to the X200 Pro mini. While the name doesn’t include a suffix, the X300 boasts a 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display, an APO periscope telephoto lens, a telephoto macro lens, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, a high-spec USB port, exclusive BOE support, and 1nit eye protection.
These are all features typically found in pro-level products, and the X300 offers them all. The X300 retains all of its core DNA, including pro-level performance, he said.
First-ever custom-built Super Sense Vibration Motor
The vivo X300 Pro will use a brand-new, custom-built X-axis linear motor, the 751440. This motor features a heightened design, advanced electromagnetic solutions, and specialized alloy materials. This motor achieves overall performance exceeding that of the 0816 motor, with a smaller footprint and lighter weight.
The vibration output is nearly equivalent to the 1016 motor, while the bandwidth is 2.2 times higher than the previous generation’s 9595 motor. This is a top-tier vibration motor in the industry and the largest and most powerful in the X series history.
vivo-developed Universal Signal Amplifier Chipset
The X300 Pro is the world’s first to feature a signal chip combination of one communication booster chip and four Wi-Fi boosters, significantly improving signal experience.
Compared to the industry’s typical choice of either a communication booster chip or a Wi-Fi booster chip, the X300 Pro comes fully equipped.
The world’s first high-tech storage performance
The X300 Pro features the world’s first dual UFS 4.1 4-Lane storage, an upgrade from a single UFS4.1 dual-channel read/write to two UFS4.1 quad-channels working in parallel.
The dual UFS4.1 4-Lane architecture increases large file read and write speeds by over 70%, reaching an astonishing maximum read and write speed of 8.6 Gb/s. Reading and writing large, high-pixel movies will now be effortless. For the foreseeable future, this feature will likely be exclusive to the X300 Pro, regardless of the flagship chip platform.

Camera
vivo already confirmed that the X300 series will have the same blue glass as the X200 Ultra + Zeiss T* coating for even better control of stray light and ghosting.
The X300 Pro will use an exclusive, deeply customized 200MP HPB sensor for the telephoto lens, making it the fourth generation of the company’s 200MP HPB telephoto lens.
The X300 gets a 50-megapixel Zeiss APO periscope telephoto lens and uses exclusive custom LYT-602 sensor and Zeiss T* coating. It also supports telephoto macro lens.
The vivo X300 Pro features a 50-megapixel LYT828 1/1.28″ gimbal-grade main camera and a large f/1.57 aperture.
The entire X300 series boast Zeiss 50MP ultra-clear AF front camera with a 92-degree wide-angle lens and autofocus.
