Viber has updated its mobile apps on Android and iOS with a couple of new features. The update that bumps the apps to version 5.5 brings easier video calling, animated stickers, contact sharing and more.

Android Lollipop adoption hits 18.1%
Google has released Android distribution numbers for June and July. Android Lollipop is now running on 18.1% of Android devices of which 5.0 Lollipop is present on 15.5% of devices while Lollipop 5.1 runs on 2.6%.

Sony already announced the XPERIA C5 Ultra and the XPERIA M5 earlier today but apparently there will an event in Berlin, a few days prior to IFA which is from 4th to 9th September. Samsung Galaxy A8 Hands On and Photo Gallery
After launching the successor Galaxy A8 in China last month, Samsung has now brought it to India and will start selling it from today across all retail and online channels at Rs. 32,500. In the Indian variant, Samsung has left out the Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 SoC and is using its own Exynos 5430 chipset. Rest of the specifications are same as the Chinese Galaxy A8.
