Samsung has launched its Crystal 4K UHD and Unbox Magic 3.0 series as a part of 2020 Smart TV line-up. The new Crystal range comes in 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and 75-inch versions. The Unbox Magic 3.0 series comes in 32-inch and 43-inch versions.

OnePlus just confirmed the launch of Nord smartphone on July 21 in world’s first AR smartphone launch event. The company launched the OnePlus 2 in a VR launch event five years back. Since it leverages AR technology, users can experience the product from the safety of their homes, said the company.
Samsung has launched customer support through WhatsApp, helping them resolve their issues without stepping out of their homes. It also offers Remote Support, Live Chat, technical assistance through the call center or access do-it-yourself videos on the Samsung Website and on YouTube.
