TweetUp recently announced that it had acquired Twidroid, the most popular Twitter client for Android. This app will be preloaded on millions of upcoming Android phones from five of the leading handset manufacturers.

TweetUp Inc, recently announced that it had acquired Twidroid, the most popular and highest-rated Twitter client for Android phones. The company further announced that the application will be renamed as Twidroyd in order to ensure minimal confusion with the product from other company which owns the trademark of the term “Droid”. Samsung Wave hits Canada via Rogers and Bell

Samsung Wave, the first phone powered by Samsung’s own OS known as Bada OS. The Samsung Wave lands in Canada via Rogers and Bell. Rogers is offering the Samsung Wave for $99.99 on a 3-year contract and $474.99 with no-contract, and Bell is offering the device for a very low price of $29.95 on a 3-year, $149.95 on a 2-year, $249.95 for 1-year and you can get it without contract for $299.95, which is $175 cheaper than the Rogers one. Samsung Beam launching in Singapore

We saw the Samsung Beam, the first Android phone with built in DLP Pico Projector at MWC a few months ago. Samsung has announced the first country to receive the Samsung Beam is Singapore. The Samsung Beam will be available in Singapore via StarHub starting July 17. Samsung Beam is a very good phone, which comes with very good features. Video : The iPad runs Flash !

The Apple iPad and other i products such as the iPod touch and iPhone don’t support Flash content simply because Apple thinks Flash obsolete and that HTML5 is the future .
