Samsung Galaxy S2 now Available on Vodafone UK

Vodafone UK just informed me that the Galaxy S2 superphone is now available on it’s network in the United Kingdom. Users can get the handset for free on a 2 year contract which starts at 40 GBP per month.You would have to pay upto 299 pounds for the handset on cheaper plans. 4G iPhone Coming To China ?
State owned telecom operator , China Mobile , has finalized a deal with Apple to bring a 4G enabled iPhone to the country. No more details have been announced so far but it lends further credibility to the rumors that Apple are working at integrating 4th generation network technology like LTE into their devices.
HTC expands in Asia-Pacific region as it appoints heads of North and South Asia

HTC with it’s quietly brilliant tagline has been silently expanding in Asia as many users flock to the Android Operating system. HTC also makes Windows 7 Phones . Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, Japan, Vietnam and China will fit under North Asia headed by Jack Tong . Lennard Hoornik will be heading HTC South Asia Pacific which includes Singapore, India, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippine, Australia and New Zealand.

Thoughts from Hell: Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc Review Part 1 – What’s hot?
It’s been some time since i last had a Sony Ericsson smartphone in my hand. After the desaster named Sony Ericsson Xperia X10, i was almost frightened to go back to SE again. Sony sure had it’s qualities, but they kinda missed it with the X10. big time. Fast forward into 2011, Sony Ericsson seemed to have learned from their mistakes and CES was a first sign of things to come, with the introduction of the Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc. Slim, sexy and Gingerbread under the hood. A recipe, i thought, could breath new life into SE’s Smartphone division.

Impressed with SE’s latest try, I was eager to get my hands on the Arc. It attracted me in many ways. Even more so, when i had my hands on one shortly at the Sony Ericsson on Ice event some time ago! The time has come, when the fine folks of Sony Ericsson’s PR agency (thanks Marlene!) thankfully sent a review unit over.
