NTT Docomo unveils docomo cloud services including a text translation app

Japan’s largest telecom operator NTT Docomo has announced new services and would also enhance the current services under docomo cloud brand for DOCOMO smartphones and tablets. NTT Docomo unveils 19 new devices including 16 smartphones and a Tablet

 

Japan’s NTT Docomo has announced 18 new phones in Japan that includes 16 smartphones, a tablet, a phone for children as well as a mobile Wi-Fi router. All the smartphones run on Android 4.0 and supports DOCOMO’s Xi LTE service. The ELUGA Live P-08D tablet that runs on Android 4.0. HTC has officially announced the Desire C after it was leaked recently. The HTC Desire C has a 3.5-inch HVGA display and is powered by 600 MHz processor. It has 5MP camera, 512MB RAM and 4GB of internal storage. It runs on Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and has Beats audio support. Chinese search engine giant Baidu and China Unicom has announced a new phone, Changhong H5018 based on their new Baidu Cloud Smart Terminal platform. This platform integrates the core technologies of Baidu Cloud Computing, including Baidu’s numerous Cloud-based applications, Personal Cloud Storage service, and multi-terminal, multi-application software platform capabilities. It supports WCDMA + GSM Dual SIM with Dual standby and has uni-body design. It comes with 3.5-inch (320×480 pixels) touch screen display and is powered by 650 MHz processor. If the Wall Street Journal  is to be believed then Apple might be about to give its cloud service a major functionality boost. Asus PadFone official demo video released


Asus has posted demo videos of their PadFone that can dock into a tablet. They unveiled the PadFone last year and revealed the complete specs of the device earlier this year at MWC 2012. The PadFone comes with a 4.3-inch (960×540 pixels), Super AMOLED capacitive Multi touch display and the PadFone Station that docks the phone has 10.1-inch display.
